Atlal
Al-Atlal (Arabic: الأطلال) (The Ruins), is a poem written by the Egyptian poet Ibrahim Nagi, which later became a very famous song sung by famous Egyptian singer Umm Kulthum in 1966. the poem is about Love and how the golden age of love can End soon, how the glorious castle of love can be destroyed by time.
in this collection, I chose some words like KHAYAL(Imagination), ALHAVA(Love), SHOUQ(Longing) from Poem. I wrote them in black ink then I Embed the Poem into a circle around the word by gold leaf. wanna say how the golden age of Love destroyed and remained only some Ruins of beautiful words.
