TO (تُ) Series | The Typography of Smile
In the Persian alphabet, the letter "Te" (ت) is a silent consonant—a flat line hidden within the structure of words. This freestanding ceramic sculpture, however, lifts the character from the page and transforms it into an autonomous, three-dimensional presence.

By shedding all traditional phonetic signs, the minimalist curve of the body and its two defining dots unexpectedly evoke the universal, contemporary language of a digital "Smile Emoji." This global visual slang breathes modern life into an ancient calligraphic form.

No longer requiring a sentence to exist, "Te" rises to become "To" (تُ)—the intimate Persian pronoun for "You." Striking a perfect balance between cultural roots and contemporary design, the sculpture stands as a quiet, constant companion within the home.
