Collection: insan

INSAN Collection reinterprets Persian and Arabic calligraphy through a contemporary lens, exploring the shared essence of humanity.
The word “Insan” — meaning human — is identical in Persian, Turkish, and Arabic, reflecting a deep linguistic and cultural connection.

This project explores the visual potential of Persian letters, specifically how modifying or reshaping a single character, such as “ن (Nūn)”, can generate numerous forms. Two dots, a defining feature of Persian, Turkish, and Arabic scripts, serves as both the human eye and a metaphor for unity amid diversity.

By merging tradition with modern visual expression, INSAN becomes a meditation on empathy, connection, and the timeless truth that beyond language and borders, we are all human.
